MICHAEL CHILDERS is an associate attorney with Schutt, Schmidt & Noey. Mr. Childers graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a B.A. in Political Science and History. In 2005, Mr. Childers graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.

Mr. Childers is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Childers began his career practicing civil litigation at an insurance defense firm in Jacksonville, Florida. He presently practices in various areas of the law, including Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Wrongful Death, Trucking Accident Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, and Estate Planning.
