ALISON N. EMERY is an attorney with the firm of Schutt, Schmidt & Noey. Alison is a Jacksonville native and a 1990 graduate of Episcopal High School. She attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1994. She worked as a mergers and acquisitions paralegal for international law firms including Skadden Arps and Brown & Wood and served as the Assistant Director of Legal Assistant Services at Skadden Arps before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2002.

Alison was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Jacksonville Association of Women Lawyers, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Council on Litigation Management. She is also the 2010 Vice President of the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel.

Alison specializes in civil trial litigation. She and her husband Neil are the proud parents of triplets.
