LAUREN CHEATHAM is an Associate with Schutt, Schmidt & Noey. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Sociology, cum laude, from Western Kentucky University in 2003. During her undergraduate studies, Lauren clerked for the Law Office of Ray B. White in Bowling Green, Kentucky, working primarily in the areas of worker's compensation and personal injury. Lauren then obtained her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006. While in law school, she was a law clerk with the firm, participating in the areas of general civil litigation and personal injury.

Lauren was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2009. She is also a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, The Chester Bedell Inn of Court (2009-2010), the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.

She and her husband, Travis, have one daughter.
